Steel Parts
As for steel parts, products manufactured by mmcité carry a two year warranty for common use. The warranty covers resistance to perforation by rusting, color fastness and general reliability performance of steel parts.

The warranty does not cover damage by vandalism, natural disasters and incorrect or inadequate use.

Wooden Parts
Products manufactured by mmcité have a warranty on the quality of pine lamellas for two years. The warranty covers the functionality of lamellas and lamination; however, the lifetime of lamellas is much higher. To keep the perfect quality of pine coating, we recommend renewing the surface finish at least once a year with synthetic paint Valti Color (in Pinie or Teak shade).

In case of mechanical damage of the lamella coating it is required to sand down the spot immediately with a sand paper (grain 120) and apply two layers of wax for outdoor ASTRAXIL Cerato in particular Pinie or Teak shade. It prevents the undesirable humidity to penetrate inside the lamella which would impair its quality.

The warranty of jatoba wood is for two years covering the functionality and stability of the lamella and for ten years covering the rot resistance. No maintenance is required for jatoba without oil treatment. In case of wood coated with oil it is advisable to renew the oil finish at least two times a year in the following way: moisten a cleaning soft cloth in teak oil Nordsjö and apply gently and uniformly in the direction of the wood structure. If you prefer a mat finish, rub down the fresh oiled coating with a fine sand paper in the direction of wooden fibres and then repolish with a cloth moistened in the teak oil.
